Tell us about the one luxury item you wish you could afford, in as much detail as you can. Paint a picture for us.

It’s difficult to think in luxuries in times of crisis. First thing that come to mind are things I think I need I can’t afford. And I know that what I think I need is a luxury for so many people leaving in poverty. I’m a privileged one. I have where to live. I have enough clothes, I’m not hungry. I have a computer to write this post and to surf the Internet. I have a cell phone. I’m not completely healthy but I’m have not a painful illness. I’m loved. I don’t like to talk about luxuries. It’s not fair.

But I said there are things I think I need I can’t afford. So, what would I do if I won the lottery? I would invest in a special bed for my paralysed mom, a good modern wheelchair and adapting the bathroom and the apartment for her. Maybe hire a nurse and buy a special van for the wheelchair.

There is a luxury a wish I could afford these days: have time to spend contemplating nature. I wish I had time to go to the seashore to watch the waves and feel the breeze in my face.
