Have you ever heard about insomnia? No way to falling asleep at night. I’ve tried everything with no results. If I read my attention is so caught by the book that it keep me awake. I’ve sometimes tried some music to calm my nerves but the result are discouraging. Time passes and I get nervous because the needed sleep doesn’t come. The more nervous I become, the more difficult is to fall asleep. I feel tired and unable to rest. The night became a nightmare. And then, when I finally fall asleep, I usually have strange dreams. I would like to drop off like a stone and awake refreshed, but I had to fight against insomnia and I usually awake stunned, with a heavy head feeling not refreshed at all.
