Have you made your bucket list? Now’s the time — write about the things you want to do and see before you become dust in the wind.
Thank you, Daily Prompt for remind me that from dust I came and to dust I go, precisely in Easter Sunday. I already had plenty of time to consider that during the past lent. Now I’m celebrating life and joy. I don’t see why now is the time to do a bucket list.
Of course I realize my end can happen at any moment. We are not immortal. Because of that I prefer to live intensely the present. This way I had a lot of exciting experiences in my life. Besides, I consider the entire idea of making a bucket list is a little macabre. I prefer to be open to the surprises the life brings, sometimes leading to a lot better experiences than any list we can imagine.
I already have lived a lot. I Have had a lot of great experiences. I Have traveled. I have known interesting people. I hope I’ll be around for a while before becoming dust and have time for more.
