Joy and Sadness

Which emotion(s) — joy, envy, rage, pity, or something else — do you find to be the hardest to contain?

Joy and sadness I would say. I can’t hide any of these emotions, no matter what. If I’m happy I need to communicate my joy to others, especially the people I care about and  share  my happiness with them. If it’s possible make them happy too.
When I’m sad I prefer to be alone because I can’t hide my emotions and I don’t want to have my loved ones worried about me. As for the unknown people I don’t want them seeing me in that miserable state of mind. It’s the opposite of joy, but with the same or more intensity.

Unsafe Containers.
