It’s a dress with a riched embroidered little jacket and a long silk skirt that flys around you when you dance. I bought it to an indian guy in a fair so I assume it’s traditional indian. I love it. Love the colors the textures, the movement. A pitty I can’t dance any more… It brings me good memories.
