Humor doesn’t need to be cruel. Just like it doesn’t need to be overtly dirty. The true comedy artists can make us laugh at real life things. Like Bill Cosby. He had a gift. Or the comedians who worked back when you had to be careful of what you said. Of course there is still a place for George Carlin. You can be a little nasty if you are making us think.
