If you could create a painless, inexpensive cure for a single ailment, what would you cure and why?
There is a painless but expensive cure for a lot of ailments: enough healthy food and clean water for everybody on this earth. I would create a system to deliver that kind of food and water to all in need of them. With so many people dying of starvation or ailments related with malnutrition or infectious diseases, the reason is obvious. Find a way to make it inexpensive would be a dream.
