“Who wants to be a billionaire? I don’t”

You’ve just won $1 billion dollars in the local lottery. You do not have to pay tax on your winnings. How will you spend the money?

I’ll buy a new home for my Mom without architectonic barriers and equipped with all what she needs to be comfortable: a new modern wheelchair, a special bed, a bathroom ready for a handicapped person and a small garden or a sunny terrace. I’ll hire a nurse and save money to maintain all these things for her. I’ll pay my debts and I’ll save some money for my family to live without worries. I’ll give the rest to help people in need. I don’t want to be a billionaire. I don’t want money to add worries to my life and change it. I want to be happy with my family and help others.

As the old Cole Porter’s song says

Who wants to be a millionaire? I don’t
Have flashy flunkies everywhere? I don’t
Who wants the bother of a country estate?
A country estate is something I’d hate

Who wants to wallow in champagne? I don’t
Who wants a supersonic plane? I don’t
Who wants a private landing feel through? I don’t
And I don’t ’cause all I want is you

Daily Prompt: You’re a Winner!.
