Write about anything you’d like, but make sure that all seven colors of the rainbow — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet — make an appearance in the post, either through word of image.

Violet was playing with her brother Arthur riding her shiny red bicycle in the park. He proposed a race. She was not happy because she knew Arthur was going to win. But she had nobody else to play with, so she accepted.

It was Autumn. They were in a field covered by wet green grass spotted with bright yellow ginkgo bilbo a fallen leaves. Thee evening breeze was fresh. The sunset light tinted everything in orange and gold.

Arthur began to pedal fast and she tried to go at the same speed but it was useless. Violet’s bike slipped on the wet grass and she fell.

When Arthur heard her sister crying, he stopped and came back to help her. Nothing serious. The grass had softened the fall. But she had a bruise in her knee that was quickly turning from reddish to indigo.

It’s your fault!, she said. No it’s’ your fault, he said. Why quarreling like that? No use. They knew it. Besides it was getting late. So they picked up their bikes and returned home slowly. No more races for the day.
