Monday window: Bilbao’s Guggenheim

I have visited the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, by the architect Frank Gehry and took some pictures of the windows from inside the building. It is appealing that from outside, you only can see the spectacular Titanium façade that seems all closed, but from inside is plenty of natural light coming from enormous tall windows and skylights unseen from the street.

I love that building. It looks like a vessel that changes its color with the light of the sun reflecting in the Titanium. And inside, you find a fantasy of glass that lets you see the outside world.

A huge window that let you see the outside structure of the building
The main hall, al surrounded by enormous windows several stories high
